The Executive – Legal and HR Compliance is responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, managing contractual documentation, supporting HR operations, and providing legal advisory support to the organization. This role serves as a key link between local operations and the Group HR and Legal teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance standards. 

The position requires strong knowledge of local laws, corporate compliance, contract management, and HR processes, along with the ability to coordinate across departments and external consultants. 

Location: New Delhi 

Reporting To: Director 

Functional Co-ordination: Group HR Manager and Group Legal Team
