About This Programme

The Professional Certificate in Cybersecurity is a comprehensive, industry-aligned programme designed to prepare learners for professional success in one of today’s fastest-growing and most critical technology domains. This 6.5-month, weekend-only blended programme (delivered via Zoom and LMS) equips working professionals with a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, secure network design, cloud security, governance, and compliance. Network Security & Secure Architecture Design

This module focuses on designing security architectures and system blueprints to protect organisational assets from emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Learners understand secure network design principles and the implementation of layered defence strategies.

Cloud Security & Compliance Management

Participants evaluate secure cloud-based environments by applying governance frameworks, administrative controls, privacy technologies, and compliance requirements. Emphasis is placed on balancing performance, cost-efficiency, and regulatory standards through effective architectural and migration strategies.

Security Operations, Governance & Incident Response

Eligibility

Who can apply for this programme

Applicants (local and international) must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

Grade C6 or better in English at ‘O’ Level.

Pass in English Language in Year 10 High School qualification or equivalent.

IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL 500 / Grade 4 GCSE.

Completion of the LSBF Preparatory Course in English (Upper Intermediate Level).

Successful completion of the LSBF English Placement Test (including External Placement Test before arrival in Singapore and Internal Placement Test upon arrival, where applicable).

Applicants without a valid English qualification may be assessed through placement testing.

Students with non-standard entry qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, subject to Academic Board approval.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the time of admission.
